The University of Warwick Campus

[c]

The Mathematics and Statistics buildingThe Warwick campus has a great balance between urban and rural life. Visitors often don't realise that the Warwick campus goes way beyond the academic, accommodation and social buildings, with a collection of peaceful lakes, meadows and woods beyond.

At the heart of the campus are shops, banks, cafes and restaurants. You can enjoy a play, concert or film at Warwick Arts Centre or make use of the facilities at the Sports Centre.

The Warwick Campus has a real 'buzz': yet it remains green. There are lakes and wood, trees and landscaped gardens. At our last inventory of campus wildlife we counted 114 species of bird, 228 different types of plant, and 6 types of bat! It's easy to find a country atmosphere.

Flayed Stone IIIAs you're walking around the main part of campus, you can't help but notice the rather interesting-looking sculptures spread about. If you're feeling in desperate need for some contemporary culture, then pick up the 'sculpture trail' leaflet. It gives you the background to each sculpture, as well as a map to make sure you don't miss one.

Ways to see more of campus:

You can view the Piazza, the Arts Centre and the Students' Union through the Campus Webcam.

There are also 360 degree panoramas of the Piazza situated at the heart of campus or a panorama of one of the campus lakes.

For a full view of campus take the online campus tour.
